It’s a grand irony that dem voters were the quickest to gullibly bend over for the filthy warp-speed prick (multiple times!)… they got zero protection but plenty of death and disease. The reverse irony is that dead dem voters still vote.

Jokes on everyone, all vaccines are trash! Including this one.

Yup, just like the health Department scam. Have you ever met anyone who got sick from eating at a restaurant? Why do we waste all this money on inspections? :)

Expand full comment

In South Korea I see no inspection certificates, never seen an inspector. Lived here twenty years, never a problem. (Also, any restaurant, coffee shop, whatever can sell beer, no "liquor license" appears necessary.)

If the situation was reversed — a Dem incumbent hoping for good news about a pandemic — I'm sure journalists would have found some Pfizer insiders to leak them the news, and then reported it in time to affect the election.

Matthew Hepner of "Stat" got the head guy in charge of vaccines at Pfizer, William Gruber, to admit to the clinical trial being put on ice for about a week until the day after the election on November 9, 2020 in his first news story on the vax trial's success.

I read it that day and my jaw dropped, as the reporter intended. But almost nobody else noticed.

The vaccines were never tested.

https://news.rebekahbarnett.com.au/p/addressing-allegations-that-dna-contamination

"the primary series Pfizer vaccine was never tested at scale in an RCT as many have been led to believe.

The product tested in Pfizer’s RCT, upon which the TGA’s approvals were based, was produced with ‘Process 1’, which involved high-quality In Vitro Transcription of synthetic DNA to make the spike-producing mod-RNA.

However, to scale up production for the mass rollout, Pfizer switched to a different method, called ‘Process 2’, as detailed in Pfizer’s Nonclinical Evaluation Report. The switch to Process 2 was brought to public attention in a rapid response authored by Drs Retsef Levi and Josh Guetzkow and published in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) (2023)."

All I can say, Steve, is that you have a valid point: corrupt Pfizer CEO Bourla apparently did conspire with the Dems to spoil Trump's vaccine project and thereby spoil his re-election campaign (in case anyone needs yet another reason to mistrust Big Pharma).

But given the Dem's crucial advantage in vote-COUNTING, the practical effect was probably merely to save the Dems a few minutes of ballot stuffing at 2AM on Wednesday morning.

Nate Silver got himself into trouble on Twitter a while back for posting that there should be an investigation of pharma companies that apparently deliberately delayed trials until after the election.

Expand full comment

Honestly Steve as time has gone on there is very little incentive to take credit for the covid vaccine. You see that Trump has not really disgusted in the campaign anymore. There is a very definite reason for that you understand what I'm telling you?

Expand full comment

While that may be true, the point of this article is that at the time, October-November 2020, companies conspired with the Democrats to deny Trump a "victory" in the vaccine development.

Expand full comment

Yeah I get that but that has been overtaken by events rendering that advantage moot. I also don't think that would have made a difference to his base either.

Expand full comment

I believe it would have made a huge difference with Trump’s base. Many of them would have lined up to get the jab first, while Dems would have refused the Orangemanbad vax

In that respect, yes.

The Goppers made a big mistake zeroing in on some eyes-glaze-over election voting irregularities. How dumb are they? They should have emphasized the Hunter Biden laptop suppression by All media (except NYPost).

Easy to understand, probably worth 5% of the vote, you can put it in a sound bite but OH Well that's the Goppers for ya.

So many can't step away from all that happened around Covid and see that our political leaders weaponized a virus to win an election. They truly believe politicians were acting on their best behalf. I think they don't want to "notice"... since the implications are so awful.

Interesting tidbit: My son goes to a top ten university in the mid-Atlantic. The top schools were the most vocal and adamant about everyone and their cat being vaccinated. With a legal consultation, I wrote an airtight religious exemption (medical ones were completely rejected) and held my breath when it was submitted. It was accepted within twenty minutes of emailing it. I had braced for a back and forth fight. So much for that deadly virus killing everyone on campus :(

We knew by the time the vaccine was available, that normally healthy college aged kids were essentially immune from COVID death.

The colleges refused to acknowledge it, though. My son's college only dropped the mandate earlier this year.

What they meant for evil, God meant for good. If Trump had won in 2020, fewer would be awake, and this election might be going the other way.

Steve, the incidence of Measles was down 97% when they released the first measles vaccine. Measles is not a serious illness for humans who have their basic sanitation and nutrition needs covered.

I’m surprised you don’t remember “measles parties” where neighborhood kids would all get together and have Measles at the same time.

Expand full comment

Those were “German measles” parties. Also called rubella, it’s a mild disease but it can cause a pregnant woman to have a child who’s deaf if she catches it. Hence people tried to make sure their kids caught it in childhood.

Expand full comment

I think you have that backwards. Rubella is the more serious disease.

Measles is not a mild disease. It was the worst of the childhood diseases common in ‘50s when I was a child.

83 deaths among unvaccinated kids in Samoa in 2019.

And do you know why they were unvaccinated? Because the government stopped their vaccine program after dozens of kids were killed by them.

You’re ignoring the crux of my point. Measles and most other communicable illnesses are not a serious risk to healthy individuals in sanitary conditions.

Samoa isn’t that.

Measles is only a problem because children are forced into disease vectors called “schools” for something called “education”

Of course, we now know that every word of the trial report (a trial in which my wife and I participated) is a lie. According to a new book on the Pfizer trial and vaccine:

“The book shows in high relief that Pfizer’s mRNA COVID-19 vaccine clinical trial was deeply flawed and that the pharmaceutical company knew by November 2020 that its vaccine was neither safe nor effective. The reports detail vaccine-induced harms throughout the human body, including to the reproductive system; show that women suffer vaccine-related adverse events at a 3:1 ratio; expose that vaccine-induced myocarditis is not rare, mild, or transient; and, shockingly, demonstrate that the mRNA vaccines have created a new category of multi-system, multi-organ disease, which is being called “CoVax Disease.”

“On the other hand, the vaccines were pretty effective at reducing the death rate among those most at risk, such as the old or fat.” You’re basing that statement on what? The vaccines were dog shit from the get go.

Expand full comment

The initial trial results said so and emergency room docs of my acquaintance reported to me that essentially every patient they admitted for COVID was unvaxed.

OTOH, that summer, at which point basically every at risk person in the US had been given two shots, we saw no evidence of a reduction in COVID mortality. That was very strange and I have not seen anyone look into that and try to square it with the supposedly 90% short term effectiveness.

The epidemiology conducted in the States or Western Europe in the first half of 2021 was abominable. My impression is the only clean studies done at that point in time were in Israel.

I knew this would happen. No cares about the 2020 election now, although it was really sleazy to delay the release.

But I knew the comments would all about the “useless” vaccine or that Covid was “just a cold.”

Expand full comment

Many are like that. The Israeli statistics are that they were definitely of use to older gents and ladies. But knowing age epidemiology and no stats on safety, I think it would have been reasonable to draw a red line at 35. Mind you, virus lethality in unvaccinated seems to have declined starting somewhere around mid 2021, and by beginning of 2022 protection against getting infected in vaccinated was on the way out too.

Expand full comment

The initial studies did not test for lethality - that would have required much larger study groups.
